Hey everyone, itโs been a minute since our last update on this blog โweโve been all hands on deck getting everything ready for the launch of the Mini Royale x Sank Toys Collections. Hereโs everything thatโs happened since our last dev update:
Our collab with Sank Toys has launched! โ
As announced in our last article here, the Mini Royale x Sank Toys collections went live on Thursday, July 7. We managed to sell out our entire Special collection in just under 3 hours, and while our previous collections sold out in minutes, we are proud to see continuing support and excitement about the future of Mini Royale during the current bear market.

โ As a reminder, statistical rarity of Heroes has 0 significance in the Mini Royale game and ecosystem. We advise against making buying and selling decisions using statistical rarity tools, and instead point you to the official Rarity Chart for the Special Collection.
You can now use your Special Sanks in game for the Sank Scavenger Hunt! โ
Week 1 of the Sank Scavenger Hunt is now live! Use your Special Sank in game to unlock Orbs and Sank Loot weapons for the next 4 weeks. Youโll need Sank Loot weapons for Weeks 5 and 6 of the Scavenger Hunt, where youโll be able to earn the legendary Skull & Bones, the only Sank Loot Character skin, and the Sank Super Soaker, the only legendary Sank Loot Weapon.
โ Remember: the first 3 people to complete the entire Sank Scavenger Hunt, level up, mint and send us back the Sank Super Soaker will receive 3 unique variations of the weapon, as well as USDC prizes of $500, $300, and $200!

Season 2 is now officially over ๐พ
And, in the blink of an eye, after about 2 months, Season 2 has now ended.
A huge congratulations to everyone who participated in this formative season! We are now entering our mini off-season: Sank Season. We will be back in a few weeks with Season 3: Hyperdrive ๐

Any staked items for S2 Premium Battle Pass can be unstaked from the Loadouts menu once the staking period is over.

Donโt worry, weโve already starting leaking essential information about this new era of MRN.
For Season 3, weโre doing things a little differently. There will be no S3 launchpad drop. Instead, as a thank you to all of you ๐, we will be airdropping Season 3 Premium Heroes to 3 buckets of players/collectors:
1) Sank Holders โ
You will be airdropped 1 S3 Hero per pair of 1 Sank Hero (special, not loot) + 1 Loot item (any season, includes Sank Loot)
2) Super Holders โญ
You will be airdropped 1 S3 Hero per group of the 4 items below: - 1 S1 Premium Hero + 1 S2 Premium Hero + 1 S1 Loot Item (minted) + 1 S2 Loot Item (minted)
3) Radioactive Riotwear Holders โข
You will be airdropped 1 S3 Premium Hero for each Radioactive Riotwear hero that you own.
Season 3 will be a major step in the world of Mini Royale Collecting and Crafting. Airdropped heroes will be Uncommon and Rare, with crafting required to access our S3 Epics and Legendaries. The more S3 heroes you are airdropped, the better equipped you will be to craft higher rarities from the start.
Snapshots for the groups above will take place closer to the start of season 3. We will announce with ample notice when these snapshots will occur.
We hosted a series of community and holder rewards ๐
โ Season 1 loot holders were rewarded with a raffle for 250 S1 Premium Heroes
โ We burned just under 10k loot items during our Radioactive Recipe Event. Players who sent in batches of 8 loot items were rewarded with 1 Radioactive Riotwear skin. Holders of these skins will be airdropped 1 S3 Premium Hero at the start of Season 3!
โ We also held our Season 2 weapon airdrop for Season 2 Premium holders
We now use Matrica for holder verification โ
In order to receive Discord holder roles and to be eligible for various holder rewards!
Item rentals are live ๐น
You can now make private and public listings for your items to be rented out on our rental page here.
We hosted our first ever Russian language AMA ๐ฃ
We are proud that the Mini Royale community is vast and international. We were thrilled to steal what turned into 3 hours from our Co-Founder Dennis to answer complex questions and explain upcoming features to our Russian-speaking community members.
This event was a huge success, and weโve decided to host this on a recurring monthly basis.
Recent dev updates ๐ป
You can now refine your Orbs into Enriched Orbs. These Enriched Orbs will be required for entering Clan Wars -- Players donate their enriched orbs to their clan treasury, and clans spend them to start Raid attempts
Free For All game mode is now live in Private Rooms!
We launched updated versions of Factory and Industry maps
Our latest zodiac quest is live: Complete tasks to unlock Shell Samurai, our Cancer zodiac hero
Players can now connect their Discord accounts in game. Discord usernames currently show up Clan Member lists, but we have more usages and perks for connecting Discord accounts coming up
Clan Officers are live - Clan Leaders can appoint Clan Officers to appoint other Officers, approve player join requests, kick members from the clan, and commence Clan Wars
Clan Settings have been updated - Clan Leaders can set Clans to be Public or Invite Only, and weโve added places for clans to add Clan twitter and Discord links in their Clan profile
Attendance Rewards got some slight UI updates and a brand new countdown timer
We brought back the kill feed in game
We removed crouching. We will be updating this functionality and bringing it back soon
Item detail pages are live for Melee weapons
We pushed an update to show levels on the NFT images of all Premium Heroes
Weapon rebalances ๐ซ
Increased damage for: UZI, AK47, SCAR
Increased damage radius for: AK47, MK18, UZI, KG9
Decreased damage for: MK18 (at close distance)
Bug Fixes ๐
Fix for Follower list not populating correctly in some cases
Fix to allow players who complete all daily rewards to receive their additional reward before having to claim all daily rewards
Fix to remove duplicate Season Quests - Game should no longer freeze after claiming level reward
Updated text in post-battle screen & server selection modal
Fix to issue dropping players below maps after they switch to a different tab
CTF: Fix for issue preventing weapons from working after changing loadouts on flagbase
Layering fix for pre-battle screen
Players should no longer see enemies holding grenades when they were actually killed with a different weapon
Players should be able to filter inventory by weapon type on the Loadouts page
Fix for incorrect/missing text when players gets a headshot
Fix to show correct first medal for kills after respawn (was showing Double Kill)
Fix for Exit and Next post-battle buttons (these should work as expected now!)
Melee icon should show correctly on equipped weapon list in-game (bottom right corner)
Damage registration issues with melee weapons addressed
Damage registration issues with shotgun at mid-range addressed
Issue with switching to secondary weapon selecting grenade instead addressed
Issue fixed for loadout not changing at the start of a match
Fix for syringe count after usage
Setting layering issues addressed on pre battle screen (after opening setting on home screen)

Fix to prevent enemy markers from flashing when enemy moves backwards
Group invitation timer updated (was showing 0 in some cases)
Fix for BR matches not starting correctly in some cases (players were stuck on landing location screen)
Fix for BR weapons not reloading when ammo is picked up at same time
Fix for BR to prevent users from using syringes and weapons at the same time
Industry Map: fixes for 0 damage places and invisible walls
Factory Map: fixes for invisible walls
Loud Hills Map: fixes for 0 damage places
